- How does catering pickup work?
- Call (509) 787-4374 a couple of days ahead with your date and headcount. We build the menu with you and have everything trayed and ready for pickup. We do not deliver.
- Does the carnicería do custom cuts and carne asada packs?
- Yes. Carnitas by the pound, house sausage, jerky, whole birria, lengua, cheek and carne asada ready for the grill. Give us a day or two of notice for special orders.
